Betting firm opens two outlets in Nairobi

Betin has expanded its retail network with the opening of two shops in Gikomba and Donholm.

The shops forms part of an initiative conceived in 2017 to offer individuals a chance to run their own businesses by becoming Betin agents. The agents are empowered and offered free training on how to run businesses.

“Our goal is to provide gainful employment to Kenyan entrepreneurs as Betin Agents. The shops not only creates direct local employment to the shop owners but also to the staff that they employ. An average shop owner for instance, will employ about 5-6 people,” said Diana Gachugi, Marketing Manager at Betin during the launch of one of the shops.
