Coop Bank Shines as ‘Best Bank’ at ASK Nakuru National Expo
Coop Bank has been named “Best Bank” at the Agricultural Society of Kenya (ASK) Nakuru National Expo. The announcement was made by the bank on its social media platforms, noting the reasons for the win at the event.
“Coop bank is named Best Bank at the ASK Nakuru National Expo for showcasing the bank’s digital partnership with the Co-operative Movement that enables members to access services conveniently and affordably,” bank said in a statement.
The bank’s remarkable achievement is a direct result of its innovative digital partnership with the Co-operative Movement, which has revolutionized the way members access financial services with convenience and affordability as key priorities.
The bank few months ago was named the winner in the customer satisfaction category in a survey conducted by the Kenya Bankers’ Association (KBA) where more than 33,000 customers of banks in Kenya were surveyed and gave their responses to KBA.
Recently, the bank inaugurated two new branches in Thika and Meru town, strategically positioning itself to better serve the increasing demands and enhance customer satisfaction.
By establishing these branches, Coopbank reaffirms its commitment to providing accessible and personalized banking services to a wider customer base.
