The Search for William Lawson’s next Highlander Continues

The William Lawson’s crew has already held 2 prequalification events at Halycyon Lounge in Kitengela and Wallets Bar & Grill in Utawala where registered participants took up various challenges to earn their place in the grand finale.

The search for Kenya’s Next Highlander continues with William Lawson’s Highlanders storming Rongai and setting up a base at Legend, last Saturday. The William Lawson’s team has been hitting different retail outlets daring Kenyans to take up the challenge to be Kenya’s Next Highlander.

The Next Highlander Challenge has been running from 1st October 2021, where over 1,500 would be Kenyan Highlanders have registered to take part in the challenge. All registered participants will compete through a series of challenges to earn the title of Kenya’s Next Highlander and win Ksh. 500,000 as well as an unconventional William Lawson’s experience for him/her and three friends.

The William Lawson’s crew has already held 2 prequalification events at Halycyon Lounge in Kitengela and Wallets Bar & Grill in Utawala where registered participants took up various challenges to earn their place in the grand finale.

Some the challenges included the hanging challenge, where competitors hang from a 2.5-meter-tall pole; scotch on the rocks, where competitors carried a heavy item across the venue; squat game, which saw competitors squat with a log wrapped with chains on their backs, arm wrestlinghook game and ball game. This weekend, Highlanders from Rongai took up the challenge for a spot in the finale. So far 36 highlanders have qualified for the grand finale that will be held on 11th December 2021 on Ngong Road.

Registration for Kenya’s Next Highlander is still open. One can register on the website www.thenexthighlander.co.ke or by scanning the QR Code on any of the campaign communication in various retail outlets or by dialing *483*849# and following the simple steps.

They will then receive an invitation to participate in challenges staged at various outlets. Those who best prove their Highlander attitude will earn their spot in the grand finale, where they will be pitted against other Highlanders in a final set of challenges for the title of Kenya’s Next Highlander and the grand prize.

The Next William Lawson’s Highlander events will be on 5th & 6th Nov at Vellar Lounge (Kahawa Wendani), 13th Nov at Green Spot (Kamakis) and 19th & 20th Nov at 105 Republik (Waiyaki Way). The competition is open to all individuals aged 18 years and above who dare to take up the challenge.
