Kabogo’s Tujibebe Party Candidate Cleared for Faceoff with UDA, Jubilee in Upcoming By-Election

Former Kiambu governor William Kabogo’s party will now field a candidate for Mahoo Ward By-election slated for December 16.

The seat fell vacant following the demise of Ronald Sagurani.

The MCA who was serving his second term in office passed away while undergoing medication at Pandya Memorial Hospital in Mombasa.

Speaking to the media, Kabogo said that Tujibebe Wakenya Party candidate Samuel Obwoge presented his nomination certificates on Monday and he was cleared to vie.

He was accompanied by the party Interim Chairman, Hon. Enock Monari, the Party Interim Secretary-General, Hon. Gathii Irungu and the Director of ICT.

Kabogo called upon Kenyans who are eligible for voting to take advantage of the remaining one week to register to enable them to participate in the forthcoming by-election.

“Yesterday morning, our candidate for the Mahoo Ward By-election, Taveta Constituency, Hon. Samuel Obwoge, presented his nomination papers to IEBC, he was accompanied by the party Interim Chairman, Hon. Enock Monari, the Party Interim Secretary-General, Hon.
