Kenya records 25 new confirmed COVID-19 cases bring the total to 607

Kenya has recorded 25 new positive COVID-19 cases bring the total number to 607 confirmed cases since the outbreak in the country.
The confirmed cases were from a total 632 samples taken in the last hours. In terms of gender, 21 were male and 4 females spread across 7 counties. The age bracket for the confirmed cases ranged from 8 years to 73 years old. Out of the 25 new cases, 22 are Kenyans, a Ugandan, a Tanzanian and 1 Chinese national.
Isiolo became the latest County to confirm a coronavirus case, bringing to 18 the total number of Counties that have so far been affected.
Of the new cases, 17 are from Nairobi, 2 from Wajir, 2 in Kajiado, whilst Mombasa, Migori, Isiolo and Nakuru recorded 1 case each.
The Country has registered 3 more fatalities; 2 in Nairobi and 1 in Mombasa, bring the total to 29 COVID-19 related deaths.
7 more case have been discharged from hospital bringing the total number of recoveries to 197.
