National Bank unveils its Premium Banking Centre in Yaya
National Bank of Kenya (NBK) held a customer appreciation cocktail at the Yaya Premium Center Branch in a bid to celebrate its long standing, high net worth clients.
Since Premium banking was launched in 2015, it has been a core growth centre for the bank, bringing in over Ksh 2.5 billion additional new business.
Managing Director, Mr. Wilfred Musau said National Bank had undertaken various key strategic approaches in the way it conducts its business aimed at improving overall performance and meeting the changing needs of its customers
“The launch of our premium banking centres and products is one of the key transformational initiatives of the bank aimed at driving future growth. As we celebrate our 50 year milestone, we would like to thank our loyal customers whose strategic business and partnerships have propelled our bank to this level of success,” said Mr. Musau.
Mr. Musau said the bank had fully embraced digital banking to improve customer experiences.
“We are fully embracing innovation to drive the digital bank agenda as a way of increasing efficiency in service delivery, ease of access for customers and driving financial inclusion,” Mr. Musau said.
NBK premium bank account holders access free services e.g. free ATM cards, withdrawals from NBK ATMS, cheque book, banker’s cheque and RTGS transfer.
“The account holders also have access to platinum international debit cards and credit cards that guarantee unparalleled privileges around the world. Other benefits to premium banking customers include Priority pass which enables access to exclusive premium lounges equipped with top-notch furnishings for your comfort and also all the necessary equipment to provide ease to your banking experience; travel benefits and distinctive rewards and loyalty programmes,” said National Bank Director of Retail and Premium Banking Mr. Cromwell Kedemi.
