Former Controller of Budget Agnes Odhiambo appointed new NTSA Chairperson
President Uhuru Kenyatta has appointed former Controller of Budget Agnes Odhiambo as the Chairperson of the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA).
The appointment was announced as part of two changes made by President Uhuru Kenyatta to various State agencies in a gazette notice seen by Citizen Digital.
The Head of State also appointed former Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) Vice Chancellor Prof. Mabel Imbuga as the Chairperson of the National Authority for the Campaign against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA) board.
Transport Cabinet James Macharia, in the same gazette notice, appointed Prof. Bulitia Godrick Mathews as a member of the National Construction Authority.
Prof. Bulitia and Ms. Odhiambo will both serve in their new roles for a period of three years with effect from May 5 and May 13, 2020 respectively.
