First ever Indirica Festival to be held in Nairobi

The ministries of Sports and Tourism have announced plans to grow tourist numbers through partnership with India.

The two ministries will be hosting the first of a kind Indo-African extravaganza jointly with Innovations India Advertising and Events Pvt that will bring renown Indian musicians and actors for a 3 day festival from 7th -9th of February.

Dubbed the Indirica Festival Kenya 2020 the extravaganza will feature re known Indian and African Artists,Singers,Film stars, Dancers, Performers, fashion icons and Celebrities.

“We are ecstatically proud to be organising this mega festival in Kenya for the first time. The event will be amalgamating the cultures of two great nations with the underlying objective that cultural cooperation always leads to commercial cooperation,” said Rahul Bali, Curator of the Indirica

The celebrities expected to to attend the event are Bollywood star Gulshan Grover, actress Kainaat Arora, singer Sughanda Mishra, dancer Sneha Namanandi & Naina Singh, From Kenya those who will grace the event include Sauti Sol, Avril, Jef Koinange and Dj Joe Mfalme.

INDIRICA Festival will be a unique musical confluence of cultures created to foster and strengthen cultural relations and mutual understanding between India and Kenya. It will be a first of its kind festival in Kenya that will promote the amalgamation of Music, Food and Culture of the two countries.
