” we demand that Eng Kinoti to resign within 7 day from kura failure to which we shall mobilize our members to hold demonstrations and camp at KURA offices to push for his removal from the office,” they said to the Press.

The Lobby group led by Kiverenge they said that President Ruto has committed himself to fighting corruption which has been a major obstacle to development in Kenya.

“President Ruto’s efforts to fight corruption are bound to be sabotaged by the likes of Silas Kinoti who has been at the helm of where he has institutionalized corruption and impunity for far too long. He remains the weakest link in the fight against corruption and irregularities at the authority,” they added.

They have filed a petition at the High Court to ensure his removal as KURA Director General.
